With 20 years in design and over a decade in leadership, I’ve led UX and product design teams across industries; scaling systems, shaping strategy, and developing high-performing teams. I care deeply about creating environments where designers thrive, cross-functional partnerships are strong, and outcomes are clear. I’ve built and mentored teams, launched design systems, and led initiatives that improved retention and acquisition, streamlined workflows, and supported business transformation. As UX Design Manager at Paychex, I lead experience strategy across key business areas, partnering with product and engineering to drive alignment and elevate design maturity. I also coach teams, shape process, and advocate for the user at every stage of delivery. Outside my day-to-day, I speak and write regularly on design leadership, career growth, and strategic impact. I’ve been featured in UX Magazine, authored Building UX, and serve as founding editor of the Paychex UX publication on Medium.
